Candlelight Vigil in Remembrance of the Victims of September 11th (Los Angeles, October 21st)
September 11th is a tragic day in human history. In remembrance of the victims of the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, DC that led to the death of thousands of innocent people, and in condemnation of this barbaric acts, we hereby invite all Iranians, Americans and all other nationalities who are saddened by this loss and are concerned about the dangers posed by terrorism, to participate in our candlelight vigil in front of the Federal Building.
We will light our candles to express our deepest sympathy and extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims. We stand united to show the world our solidarity with the international antiterrorist campaign.

Please forward this invitation to all Iranians in any part of the world and ask them to arrange a simultaneous gathering. We should also ask our beloved people in our homeland to do a peaceful gathering in Iran. Let's show the world that Iranians are compassionate, kind and caring and unlike the current heartless, and outlaw government, the Islamic Republic of Iran, we do not support terrorism and their horrific acts against humanity.
By lighting our candles in memory of thousands of victims, we'll show; that we do not have any animosity against Americans or other nationalities, people of different races or religious beliefs; that we despise and condemn all terrorist groups, their allies including any supporting states.
